Duties and responsibilities
As a Corporate Tax Manager you will report directly to the head of corporate tax and ensure clients are fully tax compliant and also identify tax planning opportunities. You will assist UK and international clients structure their affairs tax efficiently, help manage the client relationship to become the trusted business advisor, assist with the managing of CT compliance services to a varied portfolio of corporate clients, review more complex corporation tax returns and computations. You will actively manage a team of five people.
Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed you must be CTA qualified and have mentored junior staff previously. You will have exposure to international tax and have a good knowledge of UK corporation tax and have a sound grasp of other business taxes.

In order to succeed as a mixed tax senior you will be working towards your CTA qualification and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working within the tax industry.
