Our client, a leading global law firm, with beautiful offices in London, is seeking a talented Senior eBilling Coodinator to join their Revenue &amp; Collections team in London.

The Role: As the Senior eBilling Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firms global eBilling function. Collaborating closely with global Revenue Controllers and Managers, you will oversee all aspects of eBilling from their London office, from onboarding to resolution of issues, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and client requirements.

Key responsibilities for the successful Senior eBilling Coordinator will include:

  • Managing eBilling platforms and systems, including onboarding to clients' platforms and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Liaising with matter teams, clients, and vendors to implement new eBilling platforms and ensure accurate configuration.
  • Monitoring eBilling activities, providing training and support to stakeholders, and facilitating the rollout of eBilling systems.
  • Maintaining accurate data on eBilling platforms and Elite 3E, and proactively addressing rejected invoices.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address ongoing eBilling issues and improve processes.
  • Providing regular reporting on eBilling activities and supporting initiatives to enhance eBilling processes.

Key Skills &amp; Experience Required for the Senior eBilling Coordinator:

  • Minimum 2 years' eBilling experience in a legal partnership or LLP environment.
  • At least 5 years' experience with web-based eBilling systems and strong familiarity with LEDES files.
  • Proficiency in Excel and practice management systems, preferably Elite 3E.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Client-focused mindset and ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Flexibility with working hours and knowledge of Solicitor's Accounts Rules.
