Pentagon Talent have partnered with a top 50 UK law firm who is seeking a highly motivated Legal Cashier to join their dynamic London based finance team. The ideal Legal Cashier will have to:

  • Liaise with associates and partners regarding any queries whilst ensuring balances are returned to the client at the end of a matter.
  • Post client transaction on Elite 3E.
  • Deal with processing client to office bill payments.
  • Checking and processing settlements and any other third-party costs.
  • Assist the quarterly reporting to clients and brokers.

Ideal skills for a Legal Cashier would include:

  • 3 years cashiering experience.
  • High level SRA rules knowledge.
  • Experience dealing with residual balances would be preferred.
  • Experience cashiering in an international environment.
  • Good communication, both written and verbal.
  • Being able to build and maintain a professional working relationship with senior members of the finance team and other senior stakeholders.
