Job Opportunity: Finance Systems Manager

Salary: Highly Competitive

Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the office

Join a leading global law firm on an exciting journey towards innovation and excellence. Our client, a renowned legal entity operating on a global scale, is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead their Finance Systems Support Team in London.

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Systems Manager:

  • Motivate and manage the support team, ensuring excellence in customer service.
  • Set objectives, provide feedback, and guide team performance.
  • Coordinate support calls and recommend system setups.
  • Provide metrics on support provision volume and quality.
  • Enhance month-end processes and manage regular task rotas.
  • Ensure processes align with requirements and drive improvements.
  • Propose continual service improvements and drive changes.
  • Work with Business Analysts and Development Teams to scope and implement solutions.
  • Design and lead training sessions, mentor team members, and develop user documentation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, advising on system use and administration.
  • Foster relationships with IT Service Desk and external vendors.
  • Partner with IT Teams to enhance system performance and support processes.

Key Requirements for the Finance Systems Manager:

  • Leadership experience, preferably across multiple locations, gained within the legal sector.
  • Proficiency in 3e and financial information systems.
  • Track record in customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead change, work under pressure, and multitask effectively.
  • Flexible approach and willingness to work in a global environment.
