Job Opportunity: Project Finance Manager

Client: Prestigious Magic Circle Law firm seeking a Finance Project Manager for their London Finance team.

Role Overview: On a global basis; Act as a Business Partner to the Investment Committee, Projects Approval Board, PMOs, and Project Managers. Lead financial aspects of the London office move in 2025.

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Project Manager:

Project Support:

• Oversee financials for fit-out and move program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project financials.
• Ensure financial controls and processes are in place.
• Maintain accurate cashflow forecasting.

Portfolio Support:

• Review financial projections for significant project spend.
• Monitor project spend against budget.
• Provide ongoing financial advice to project teams.

Debriefing Analysis:

• Undertake financial debriefing of projects.
• Evaluate procurement models and supplier relationships.

Financial Support - New Initiatives:

• Provide technical insights to areas requiring financial support.

Team Support:

• Supervise and review work of Project Accountant and Assistant.

Your Experience:

• Qualified accountant with at least three years of experience.
• Project accountant experience and Excel modeling proficiency.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
