About the accountancy firm
Pentagon Talent are excited to be partnering with a top 30 accountancy firm located in Horsham, who provide audit, accounts, partnership tax, corporation tax and outsourcing services to a variety of clients from global businesses to sole traders.
Duties and responsibilities
Our client are on the look out for an enthusiastic Accounts Senior with a team player attitude to join their growing team. You will be carrying out a range of duties and responsibilities including but not limited to;
- Preparation of accounts for Limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- Tax returns and computations preparation
- Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
- Involvement within the management of semi seniors and assistants
- Managing a portfolio of clients, visiting on site when needed and advising on any queries.
Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed as an Accounts Senior, you will need to have completed your ACCA or ACA qualification or have at least 3 years experience within a practice firm in the UK. Experience using FRS105 and FRS 102 1a accounts is also preferred.
