Senior Partnership Accountant

Pentagon Talent have partnered with a sector leading top 10 UK law firm in search of a Partnership Accountant to join their London based Finance team. They have over 20 offices and over 4500 employees operating internationally building their presence over 15 countries. As a Partnership Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing the financial affairs of the firm. You will collaborate closely with the finance and administrative teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. This role works on a hybrid basis out of their beautiful London office.

The ideal Partnership Accountant will have to:

• Prepare workings and paperwork required to deliver Partner remuneration efficiently.
• Administer and reconcile partner capital.
• Processing partner recharges.
• Provide timely, accurate information for management - for example, partner cash flow forecasts and distribution forecasts.
• Prepare foreign exchange and system currency journals.

Ideal skills for the Partnership Accountant would include:

• Qualified accountant
• 5 years professional partnership accounts experience working in a law firm or similar organisation.
• Advanced Excel user.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
