In the position of Finance Systems Analyst, candidates will be tasked with delivering exceptional financial systems support to their diverse and global user community. Responsibilities will include:

• Swiftly and effectively managing support calls using established incident management processes and systems.
• Diligently recording, monitoring, and escalating software bugs and issues.
• Maintaining the highest standards of customer service while managing user expectations professionally and with a customer-centric approach.
• Taking an active role in ongoing projects aimed at enhancing their finance systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify functional improvements and participating in their design, testing, and implementation.
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives to keep their systems running at their best.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of their customised Elite 3E solution and other integrated systems.
• Creating and maintaining critical administration, user, and training documentation.
• Providing support and coverage for other members of the Finance Systems Support team.

Ideal qualifications and skills required from the Finance Systems Analyst:

• Prior experience with the Elite 3E finance and practice management system (or similar).
• A readiness to explore and adapt to new systems and underlying technologies, such as SQL and reporting concepts.
• Exceptional knowledge of finance transactional processing, ideally gained through experience in finance operations or systems.
• Superb communication and negotiation skills, with a strong orientation towards service excellence.
• The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, underpinned by impeccable time management.
• A self-starter mentality with the capability to work independently while still contributing effectively to a team.
• A flexible approach and a resounding "can do" attitude.
