Corporate Finance Executive

Pentagon Talent (A Morgan Hunt Company) are partnering with a national Top 15 chartered accountancy, tax, business advisory and risk firm in the Maidstone area to recruit for a Corporate Finance Executive. Duties and responsibilities
As a Corporate Finance Executive you will assist across both transaction support and lead advisory carrying out a range of tasks including but not limited to; corporate acquisitions, private equity acquisitions, bank pre-lending reviews, liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions, liaising with other departments e.g tax throughout the transaction. You will carry out financial modelling, researching, preparing and supporting presentations/sales pitches for new business, liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions and lots more.

Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed as a Corporate Finance Executive you must be ACA or ACCA qualified with good written and verbal communication skills. Some transaction services or corporate finance experience would be helpful but is not essential. This role would be perfect for someone with an audit background looking to make a move into corporate finance.
