Pentagon Talent are delighted to be partnering with a new, forward-looking firm of Chartered Accountants located in London, who are known for providing bookkeeping, management accounting, payroll, VAT and Virtual FD services to a range of fast-growing business clients. This firm as part of their growth plan are now looking for an exceptional individual to join the management accounting team in a rare opportunity to join a rapidly evolving firm at a key stage in its development.
Duties and responsibilities
Our client are on the look out for a motivated and personable Semi Senior Client Accountant to join their growing team. You will be carrying out a range of duties and responsibilities including but not limited to;
- Overall service delivery responsibility for a portfolio of clients
- Preparation of monthly management accounts; VAT Returns preparation and review
- Preparation of annual P11D's and PAYE Settlement Agreements for own portfolio of clients
- Advisory role, able to provide their portfolio of client with good advice, whether that's through budgeting/forecasting or otherwise
- Reviewing client work on bookkeeping & VAT Returns by junior team members
Qualifications and skills required
Our client are looking for someone with a proactive attitude and high work ethic who will ideally be from a practice background with experience in outsourcing, management accounting and clout accounting. The role requires a person who enjoys working with clients and is flexible and responsive enough to meet their day-to-day needs. ACCA/CIMA part qualified or AAT qualified is also preferred.
