About our client
Pentagon Talent are partnering with a Top 100 accountancy firm that was established over 70 years ago remaining independent over the years mostly growing organically. This firm works with a diverse range of clients from different sectors including owner managed businesses.
Duties and responsibilities
As an Audit Manager you will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients and lead and develop the audit team, you will also play an essential part of the business development efforts and attend networking events. You will allocate assignments to staff, attend client meetings, support the partners, plan the audit to completion and mentor trainees.
Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed as an Audit Manager you will be ACA/ACCA qualified with good technical competence, have extensive audit experience with clients from different sectors, experience working in a mid-tier accountancy firm and experience managing and developing a team of auditors. Ideally you will have Sage, Xero and CaseWare experience too.
