Pentagon Talent are partnering with a top 50 accountancy firm to search for an Audit and Accounts specialist whether that's a semi-senior or senior. Our client offer a collaborative, friendly and diverse work culture offering professional and accurate advice and services to a range of clients including media, film, hospitality, retail, charities and lots more.
Duties and responsibilities
In your role within the accounts and audit team you will be carrying out a range of duties including but not limited to;
- Assisting with and the opportunity to lead complicated audit and accounts assignments.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and liaising with them on a regular basis to ensure that information is received in a timely manner.
- Preparing accounts and completing audits.
- Preparing and managing budgets and costs.
- Mentoring, training and supervising junior members of staff.
- Developing own professional network for marketing and introducing new clients.
Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed as an Audit and Accounts professional you will be ACA or ACCA qualified or part qualified with a hard working and can do attitude. You will have excellent communication technical skills. You will also have at least two years experience working in an accountancy firm.
