Duties and responsibilities
As an Accounts Manager you will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients providing exceptional service and overseeing all aspects of statutory accounts work. You will plan and liaise with the clients, prepare budget and timing and sign off with the clients, business development, provide timely feedback to partners, identify potential business revenue for the firm and explore these with clients, manage team performances and development to ensure high quality work is submitted at all times, ensure milestones, probationary reviews and annual appraisals are carried out
Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed as an Accounts Manager you will be ACA/ACCA qualified with experience in managing and developing a team of accountants, extensive experience managing a portfolio of clients and good technical knowledge.
