About our client
Pentagon Talent are partnering with a Top 100 accountancy firm based East of London just in Essex to search for an Associate Partner who will predominantly be looking after the accounts team and function of the firm. Our client is ambitious and forward thinking with technology and offer the highest level of accountancy, audit, consultancy and financial services to both SMEs and large corporates around the UK. They are a firm who are growing quickly and looking for ambitious qualified accountants with over five years PQE.

Duties and responsibilities
As an Associate Partner you will be carrying out a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to; day to day management of partner's portfolios, practice and team management, reviewing work of the accountancy team, answering client queries, training the team in respect of cash flow forecasting and management accounts and general accounting issues. You will meet clients and look to grow your own portfolio. You will be able to give tax advice and deal with tax and VAT enquiries.

Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed as an Associate Partner you will be ACA or ACCA qualified with five years PQE. You will ideally have experience working in another top 100 accountancy practice firm either as a senior, assistant manager or manager. You must have experience dealing with property clients, be able to give tax planning advice and have a good understanding of corporate and personal tax.
