Pentagon Talent have partnered with an International Magic Circle law firm in their search for a Finance Systems Analyst to join their London based finance team. Role Overview:

In this role, the Finance Systems Analyst will be the go-to expert for providing top-notch support to the global user community. They'll handle support calls, keep an eye on software issues, and make sure everything runs smoothly. They'll also help make the systems even better, get involved in projects to upgrade finance systems, and assist with documentation and training.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Systems Analyst role:

• Providing expert financial systems support.
• Handling support calls and software hiccups.
• Keeping the finance systems in tip-top shape.
• Getting involved in making the systems better and testing out new solutions.
• Creating and updating user guides and documents.
• Pitching in with training and covering for teammates.

Key Requirements for the Finance Systems Analyst:

• Familiarity with Elite 3E finance and practice management systems (or similar).

A willingness to learn new systems and tech.

• A solid grasp of finance transaction processes.
• Great communication and negotiation skills in a service-oriented setting.
• The ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Initiative and adaptability to embrace change.
• Flexibility and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working in a global organisation with complex structures.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members, as support reaches across the globe.
• Experience in a support and training role is a plus.
