Key Responsibilities for the Deputy Chief Operating Officer:

  • Lead the X Group Operational Exec, driving operational excellence and fostering outstanding outcomes.
  • Provide instrumental commercial leadership for the X Group committee, forging consensus and collaboration across various stakeholders.
  • Spearhead the recruitment process for lateral hires, ensuring their seamless integration and maximum financial impact.
  • Take charge of partner development plans, influencing equitable decisions at the UK Board and Remuneration Committee.

  • Cultivate a culture of employee engagement and retention, resolving issues and championing a positive work environment.
