About our client
Pentagon Talent are partnering with an award winning chartered accountants, tax advisers and business consultants who have built an outstanding reputation of excellence with their huge pool of clients. Pentagon Talent are supporting them in the recruitment of a Management Accountant to join either their Worthing or Brighton office. They work with a predominantly specialise in an interesting pool of clients of entertainment, media and high net worth individuals.
Duties and responsibilities
As a Management Accountant you will be staying on top of client's bookkeeping and monthly management accountants helping maintain a healthy cash flow for their business and identify trends in the finances. You will be the first point of support for junior members of the management accounts team. You will be visiting the firms clients. You will provide clear and prompt communication to managers in relation to timescales and deliverability of assignments.
Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed as a Management Accountant you will be ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified. You will have a sold understanding of accounting principles, with at least two years of experience in producing management accounts and bookkeeping. You will also have experience in using cloud software and be excellent at communicating with clients.
