About our client
Pentagon Talent are partnering with an award winning chartered accountants, tax advisers and business consultants who have built an outstanding reputation of excellence with their huge pool of clients. Pentagon Talent are supporting them in the recruitment of an Accounts Associate to join either their Worthing or Brighton office. They work with a predominantly specialise in an interesting pool of clients of entertainment, media and high net worth individuals.
Duties and responsibilities
As an Accounts Associate you will take responsibility for a portfolio of media, celebrity and entrepreneurial clients. You will be providing first-class support to our clients and team, either in person, by email, or by telephone in a prompt professional manner, ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly. You will proactively maintain positive client relationship and seek to establish new client relationships and business contacts by marketing and networking by the firm. You will be planning and controlling and reviewing assignments in an accurate, cost effective and timely manner. You will managed and supervise the training and development of staff, providing regular feedback and conducting appraisals as required. You will pro-actively present to the partners, ideas on how to improve processes and utilise new opportunities in legislation and technology.
Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed as an Accounts Associate you will be ACA/ACCA qualified with ideally five year's post qualification and possess management experience.
